Joanne Davies

Hi my name is Joanne Davies, I am a certified Clinical & Holistic Complementary Health and Wellbeing Practitioner, based at Risca Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic, just outside of Newport, South Wales UK.

I trained at Inspira Academy, graduating with a Centralia Mastership in Reflexology Level 5 Diploma, which is the highest level achievable in the UK and is also recognised under the sector of Nursing and Subjects and Vocations Allied to Medicine. I have been taught the advanced, innovative technique of Duopody, NEPIP for stress management, CALM & Chakra Balancing, together with specialties in Fertility, Pregnancy, Children, Menopause, Palliative & Cancer Care, Orthopody and Sportsflex Reflexology.

Enhancing my practice with YMCA Level 3 Performance Sports Massage, VTCT Level 3 Swedish Body Massage & Thermal Stone Therapy. ITEC Level 3 Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift, Indian Head Massage, Soft Body Cupping, Facial Cupping, Warm Bamboo Massage, Hot Stones Massage, Hot Stones Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage Advanced Massage Techniques, Pregnancy Massage, Auricular Therapy, Usui Reiki Level 3 as well as many Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses for Advance Massage and Reflexology Techniques.

Currently, I am expanding my expertise by pursuing the YMCA Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy for Soft Tissue Dysfunction to expand my skills and offer even more value to you, my clients. It is exciting to delve deeper into understanding the complexities of soft tissue work and how it can aid recovery and performance for athletes and active individuals.
