Auricular Therapy is a form of complementary health therapies based on the idea that the ear is a micro system, which reflects the entire body, represented on the auricle, the outer portion of the ear.

 

Acupuncture points on the ear can be stimulated with electrical stimulation, lasers, magnets, ear pellets or manual pressure (known as auricular acupressure or ear reflexology).

 

Auricular treatment is performed by stimulating the respective points on the ear and, if necessary, also on the body.

 

Auricular therapy has proven to be an efficient method of helping a wide variety of conditions, including migraines, insomnia, depression, addictions, indigestion, autonomic symptoms, chronic pain and inflammation.
